Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Free Exchange:

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product.
• If the quantity of product you receive is different from your original order.
• Free Exchange is not applicable for products purchased on sale of more than 15%.

*The recipient must check the product in front of the delivery person.

Free Exchange Policy:

• Please check the delivered products immediately after receiving them in the presence of delivery staff.
• You are also recommended to call us at our contact number.
• Give the package back to the delivery person instantly.
• Any free of cost exchange claim after the delivery person leaves, will not be accepted.
• Send picture or video of the product you want in exchange. If the product’s price is higher than the exchanged product customer has to pay that additional fee during time of delivery.
• Customer must pay for the delivery fee applicable during exchange.

For Exchange After Delivery-

• This option is valid for 3 days from delivery of the product.
• The Product must be unused.
• The product must be intact with the delivery packaging.
• The customer will be liable to pay the Return and Exchange Delivery charge.

Eligibility for Return:

• If the design of the product is different from the pictures/videos shown at the page
• If the product color has visibly significant difference from the picture. However slight change of color is obvious due to different devices.
• Return policy is not applicable for products purchased on sale of more than 15%.
